Tshego is a self-started and a self-taught string artist based in Temba near Hammanskraal. She has always loved creating and bringing recycled materials to life for party decorations or small decorative arts. When she was retrenched from her corporate work, she started creating again and found it a source of comfort and hope during a challenging time. Creating stringart is such a joyful experience and she believes that art created with love and joy can bring peace, hope and inspiration to people. Her business creates beautifully detailed pieces of unique artwork using wood boards, nails, colourful yarns and threads. This art is therapeutic, improves productivity in the workplace and provides enjoyment in people’s lives. The type and quality of materials used with a rare technique applied to this art sets it apart. Simply Blue Sky Artwork produces customizable designs with very unique colours and materials.
